Sleepless Trump, 80, Unravels in Deranged 1AM Posting Spree
Donald Trump flooded his Truth Social account with deranged artificial intelligence slop and pro-MAGA messages when he should probably have been sleeping.

Trump, 80, was fresh off a day at the Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, with all eyes on him, his obsessive aide Natalie Harp and his lesser-spotted wife, Melania Trump. He would be forgiven for catching some Zs then, especially since he has a habit of dozing off during public events.
Instead, the aging president fulfilled his nighttime ritual of filling his Truth Social account with posts. In a one-hour window between 12.30 a.m. and 1.20 a.m., Trump posted eight times.
He covered topics like the Iran war, November’s midterm elections, American Revolution AI slop, sanctuary cities and ramblings about “Western civilization.”
In one post, George Washington is depicted scowling and pointing over a podium. “WE FOUGHT A REVOLUTION AND WORKED TO GIVE YOU PEOPLE FREEDOM,” the caption goes. In an apparent jibe at the Democratic Party, it adds, “DON’T SIT BACK AND GIVE IT AWAY TO TERRORISTS POSING AS A POLITICAL PARTY”
None of the posting was especially coherent, and Trump did not write anything himself, instead opting to share material from other accounts.
Trump may not have even posted it himself, as his White House lackeys often do so on his behalf, usually after he dictates messages to them. This is one of the duties of Natalie Harp, a former right-wing television anchor who makes $150,000 annually as Trump’s executive assistant.
This was seen in an episode of Art of the Surge, a docuseries tracking Trump’s re-election campaign that aired on Fox Nation in 2024. In it, Trump watches former Vice President Kamala Harris deliver her speech at the Democratic National Convention and dictates his immediate reactions to Harp to post.
“She’s talking about great San Francisco was before she destroyed it,” Trump says to his 35-year-old aide as she types out his thoughts. “A lot of talk about childhood, we’ve got to get to the border, inflation and crime.”

Both remarks were published as separate Truth Social posts within minutes of each other on August 22, 2024.
Harp, who has been accused of having an “unhealthy” relationship with Trump, is known for leaving the president fawning letters, two of which the Daily Beast published in full on Thursday, revealing Harp’s utter devotion to her boss.
“You are all that matters to me,” Harp wrote to Trump while accompanying him on an overseas golf trip in 2023 as she thanked him for being her “Guardian and Protector in this Life.”
The letter explained that while she was in Trump’s presence on the trip, she even forgot to perform basic necessities.
“I want things to always be right between us. I also know I’ve been distracted all week (forgetting to eat throughout the days, and even forgetting to sleep, and only catching a couple hours at a time),” she wrote to Trump at the time. Her lack of sleep may make her the perfect candidate to post the late-night Truth Social diatribes.
White House deputy chief of staff Dan Scavino also has access to the profile, CNN reported. However, Alayna Treene, the network’s White House correspondent, said that Trump also posts the ramblings himself.
“For those questioning Trump’s social media habits: The president often posts personally on Truth Social — particularly late at night & early in the morning — and he reposts a ton overnight, multiple officials have told me. When posting during the day he’ll often sign his posts to indicate he wrote it, with the initials “DJT.” But a few close aides — including Natalie Harp, who will type out posts that are dictated to her, and Dan Scavino, a deputy chief of staff who ran Trump’s social media accounts during Trump’s first term, also have access,” she posted on X in February.
