There was one paper on this technology, so that\u2019s not really a way to gauge cardiac health,\u201d he continued. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s not a clinically accepted or relevant tool,\u201d Reiner said, adding, \u201cIt\u2019s flattering for the president, but it\u2019s not a clinically used tool.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In response to questions about Trump\u2019s exam, the White House said that medication lists in executive summaries \u201care often abbreviated for readability and relevance,\u201d and that \u201cthe absence of discussion regarding a specific medication, dosage, or historical medical condition should not be interpreted as a lack of monitoring or treatment.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The absence of specific results, it added, \u201cshould be seen as confirmation that no clinically meaningful abnormalities were identified.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trump, who turns 80 on June 14, was diagnosed last summer with chronic venous insufficiency, which makes blood flow from the extremities back to the heart difficult.
