I think that\u2019s where her infatuation with Trump comes from, honestly, because I don\u2019t think it\u2019s a physical attraction. Let\u2019s get real.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Preston also speculated that Trump likes keeping Natalie around because he enjoys the attention.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTrump\u2019s best friends are people who are his fan club,\u201d he said. \u201cThat\u2019s probably why he likes her. And, like, she\u2019s good-looking. She\u2019s got a good personality&#8230; She thinks that he saved her life, so, like, somebody living with that kind of gratitude, that must feel pretty good.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The interview sent MAGA devotees into a tailspin. Right-wing conspiracy theorist Laura Loomer led the charge, calling the media \u201cdesperate\u201d for covering Harp. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAccording to the media, being loyal to your boss is an \u2018unhealthy obsession\u2019. Everyone should wish they had an executive assistant as dedicated as Natalie Harp. Natalie is great. These stories will only make POTUS like her more. I need a shower after watching this filth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe way they\u2019re attacking bone cancer survivor Natalie Harp is low even for CNN standards. Her brother hasn\u2019t been in her life for years. This is a lie. He doesn\u2019t know s&#8211;t!\u201d she added. \u201cThese people make me so sick.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another MAGA-friendly X user named Doug Powers said, \u201cThis might be the most pathetic thing CNN has ever done, and that\u2019s a high bar to clear.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>An X account that identifies as a \u201c3x Trump voter\u201d also wrote, \u201cErin Burnett and CNN decided to randomly interview Natalie Harp\u2019s estranged brother to dig and try to find controversy after Jon Ossoff\u2019s disgusting comments. Another new low for CNN, they truly are disgusting. You can\u2019t hate the media enough.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Ossoff, the Georgia senator, sparked a media frenzy after he name-dropped Natalie during a re-election campaign rally in Atlanta. <\/p>\n<p>Natalie earned the moniker \u201chuman printer\u201d by following Trump around and fulfilling his every request, including fetching merchandise, performing Google searches, printing stories from right-wing websites, and suggesting possible Truth Social posts.
