A healthcare worker was also spotted at McConnell\u2019s Washington, D.C. home, but neither the health provider nor the senator\u2019s chief of staff, Terry Carmack\u2014who reportedly earns $226,850 a year\u2014answered any questions, according to political correspondent Nicholas A.
