Heard pleaded not guilty to a single count of destruction of property. <\/p>\n<div>\n<p>In a devastating blow to the 80-year-old president\u2019s claims that damages to the newly renovated pool were caused by \u201cradical\u201d vandals, Pirro cited the \u201cflawed installation by the contractor\u201d tasked with renovating the pool, as well as the Department of Interior\u2019s \u201cfailure to fully and accurately provide information\u201d to Pirro\u2019s prosecutors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The news comes a week after Pirro, 75, had been warned by Judge Todd Edelman that the Trump administration was \u201coperating at its own peril\u201d in the case.<\/p>\n<p>The Daily Beast has reached out to Pirro\u2019s office for comment.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, Hearn\u2019s lawyers said Pirro never had a case. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Trump administration\u2019s case against Davey Hearn should have never been brought,\u201d said Norm Eisen of Democracy Defenders Fund, Mary Dohrmann of the Washington Litigation Group, and Steve Levin of Steptoe LLP. \u201cIts dismissal today does not erase the abuse of government power in arresting and charging a patriotic American who did nothing wrong. The government\u2019s approach was ready, fire, aim. The administration owes Mr. Hearn an apology.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=4675\">Trump\u2019s Smithsonian Crackdown Could Be Its Best Promotion Yet<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hearn previously told NBC that, while on a June 19 bike ride, he stopped at the pool and touched a piece of coating that was already detached.<\/p>\n<p>Pirro\u2019s office had argued that Hearn was seen \u201cforcefully and violently pulling up and removing the bottom liner.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>But during grand jury proceedings, one of the government\u2019s witnesses \u201ccould not quantify any loss\u201d due to Hearn, and said that repairs were already necessary \u201cbefore the defendant interacted with the pool.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSimply put, the government\u2019s witness could not identify <i>any <\/i>additional cost caused by Mr. Hearn\u2019s alleged conduct,\u201d the filing from Hearn\u2019s lawyers said. \u201cIndeed, the witness did not even say or suggest that the alleged conduct had compromised the liner at all.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=4673\">Trump Goons Cut Nasty Comments About His Gilded D.C.
