Trump has denied the allegation.<\/p>\n<p>The action star doubled down on slamming Trump on a new episode of Dax Shepard\u2019s <i>Armchair Expert<\/i> podcast, following a conversation about holding onto anger and resentment that turned political.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLook at the politics that we deal with right now,\u201d Ritchson said. \u201cLike, the White House is in ruins, a f&#8212;ing UFC cage on the lawn. And like, you just do it! You just f&#8212;ing do it! And nobody says anything!\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Trump held a UFC Freedom 250 fight on the White House lawn on June 14, the president\u2019s 80th birthday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat are we doing?,\u201d Ritchson continued. \u201cAnd there\u2019s no consequences&#8230;I\u2019m just supposed to let go of my resentment that this f&#8212;king guy is just raping the world that he lives in for whatever gain he personally can have, and I\u2019m supposed to let that go? And then what?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cIt f&#8212;ing still exists. So, no, I\u2019m not good at letting go. I f&#8212;ing hate it. I hate that that s&#8212; still lives in the world, unabated, unchecked, unresolved, uncleansed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The actor then moved on to slam the Catholic Church for \u201cpredatory behavior\u201d and said its victims are \u201cunheard, unseen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ritchson\u2019s remarks were called out by many MAGA voices, including former <i>Hercules<\/i> star Kevin Sorbo, an outspoken fan of Trump.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlan Ritchson has decided the best use of his time is to attack Trump, and to throw a few jabs in at Catholics for some reason,\u201d Sorbo wrote on X.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019d think he\u2019d be smart enough to keep his mouth shut because fans of Reacher happen to also be right-wing. But nope.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=4461\">Sean Hannity Shares His Bonkers Vision of Heaven<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Another frequent Trump defender, former <i>Lois &amp; Clark<\/i> star Dean Cain, posted on X that Ritchson needed some \u201cTrumpenol,\u201d and recommended he \u201ctake the whole bottle.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>American filmmaker and comedian Mike Binder flagged a possible backlash to Ritchson\u2019s comments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhy would he p&#8212; off half the public as he builds a career?\u201d he posted on X, claiming he was \u201cmouth-sh&#8212;ing in some interview.\u201d Binder said, \u201cI felt bad for him but worse for the folks that bankrolled him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Conservative podcast host Tim Pool, who shared a clip of Ritchson\u2019s comments from right-wing outlet Breitbart news, posted on X, \u201cIts wild how many of these people can\u2019t articulate why they are mad.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One X user and <i>Reacher<\/i> fan with the handle Trump2028, tagged Amazon Prime Video and added, \u201cI\u2019ll quit watching the show. Alan Ritchson no longer embodies Jack Reacher.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Daily Beast has contacted the White House and reps for Ritchson for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Ritchson is promoting his latest movie, <i>Motor City<\/i>, where fellow Trump-hater Jack White served as the music director and score composer for the revenge drama set in 1970s Detroit.<\/p>\n<p>Despite a $30 million budget, the well-reviewed indie film opened with just $1.6 million last weekend.<\/p>\n<p>The <i>Reacher<\/i> star has been at odds with his conservative fans since a 2020 photo of him wearing an \u201cArrest the cops who killed Breonna Taylor\u201d T-shirt resurfaced in 2024. \u201cThat was a tragic case,\u201d he told the Hollywood Reporter.<\/p>\n<p>The action star\u2019s comments on the <i>Happy Sad Confused<\/i> podcast, where he claimed he would \u201cget those Epstein Files out in two seconds\u201d if he was in the White House, were refuted by the Trump administration. <\/p>\n<p>White House spokesperson Davis Ingle told the Daily Beast, \u201cAlan Ritchson is a talentless hack who clearly suffers from a severe and incurable disease known as Trump Derangement Syndrome that has completely rotted his peanut-sized brain.\u201d<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><i>Obsessed with pop culture and entertainment?
