{"id":415,"date":"2026-05-31T15:44:16","date_gmt":"2026-05-31T15:44:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=415"},"modified":"2026-05-31T15:44:16","modified_gmt":"2026-05-31T15:44:16","slug":"trumps-america-250-concert-chaos-gets-even-messier","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=415","title":{"rendered":"Trump\u2019s America 250 Concert Chaos Gets Even Messier"},"content":{"rendered":"<article>\n<p>Interior Secretary Doug Burgum has admitted he has little insight into what\u2019s happening with the Freedom 250 celebrations after Trump threatened to cancel them in an online tantrum.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=414\">Ice Barbie Fiasco Forces Trump Into Humiliating Reversal<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Burgum, who is a member of the White House\u2019s 250 organization, appeared on <i>State of the Union<\/i> Sunday, and was asked about whether the concerts would be canceled following five artists dropping out.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>\u201cUh, I don\u2019t know that that\u2019s going to be the case,\u201d he admitted, before arguing that the concerts were just \u201cone event\u201d in a \u201c15-day-long celebration.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Host Dana Bash then asked about Trump\u2019s knee-jerk plans to replace the Great American State Fair with a MAGA rally hosted by the president himself. \u201cIs that going to be a standard political rally?\u201d she questioned.<\/p>\n<p>Burgum, while arguing against concerns of partisanship, said: \u201cWell, I think President Trump&#8230; uh, it\u2019s important that whoever would be president of the country at the 200th, the 150th, the 100th, the 250th, the president plays a key figure in helping to, uh, again, celebrate, kick off and be at the opening of these events. It\u2019s very appropriate.
