This cannot be allowed to continue,\u201d the president said.<\/p>\n<p>Responding to Trump\u2019s speech\u2014which wasn\u2019t even broadcast by some networks\u2014Newsom called for action. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWell, the only thing missing tonight in Donald Trump\u2019s speech was tin foil,\u201d Newsom said in his video. \u201cThis was a legitimate 25th Amendment moment\u2014the ramblings of a mad king.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 25th Amendment lays out the constitutional process for removing a president who is unable to discharge the powers and duties of the office. Any attempt to invoke it would require the support of the vice president and a majority of Trump\u2019s Cabinet, and therefore, the chances of that happening are close to nil.<\/p>\n<p>Newsom added that while foreign interference in U.S. elections is a \u201creal thing,\u201d he dismissed Trump\u2019s as \u201cmake-believe.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=3733\">Delusional Trump, 80, Self-Soothes After Primetime Humiliation<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe wants to rig the election in 2026,\u201d Newsom said. \u201cHe knows he\u2019s going to lose\u2014he needs to rig the election before one vote was cast. That\u2019s what that whole thing was about tonight.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When contacted for comment, White House spokesman Davis Ingle told the Daily Beast: \u201cGavin Newscum is the worst governor in America, and he also may be the dumbest.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The governor\u2019s demand marks the latest escalation in his long-running public feud with Trump.
