{"id":3378,"date":"2026-07-12T20:40:12","date_gmt":"2026-07-12T20:40:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=3378"},"modified":"2026-07-12T20:40:12","modified_gmt":"2026-07-12T20:40:12","slug":"bombshell-doc-claims-new-evidence-could-clear-scott-peterson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=3378","title":{"rendered":"Bombshell Doc Claims New Evidence Could Clear Scott Peterson"},"content":{"rendered":"<article>\n<p>New evidence could potentially exonerate convicted killer Scott Peterson, a new documentary claims. <\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=3376\">Billionaire NHL Owner Flamed for Etching Family\u2019s Names on Stanley Cup Trophy<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In A&amp;E\u2019s forthcoming two-part documentary, <i>Scott Peterson: The New Evidence, <\/i>formerdefense attorney Chris Pixley examines the nearly 25-year-old case, in which Peterson was convicted of murdering his pregnant wife, Laci, and their unborn child, Conner, in 2002.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The documentary shows never-before-seen evidence that Mark Geragos, Peterson\u2019s lawyer during his trial, says could exonerate him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cI lose sleep\u2014and with Scott, probably more than any other case\u2014when I believe [a client] is innocent,\u201d Geragos told the New York Post.<\/p>\n<p>The nearly three-hour documentary features interviews with witnesses and experts that Pixley claims police and prosecutors ignored as they pursued a case against Peterson.<\/p>\n<p>The documentary begins with Pixley and retired Los Angeles Detective Ninette Toosbuy retracing Peterson\u2019s Christmas Eve drive to a nearby marina, where prosecutors claimed he dumped Laci\u2019s body from the boat. <\/p>\n<p>But Pixley and Toosbury claim in the film that it would have been impossible for Peterson to get rid of her body in broad daylight without being seen or leaving any significant DNA evidence.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=3374\">CNN Star Sucks Up to Trump in Cringe Interview<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Some of Laci\u2019s hair was found under the seat of the boat after her death, but no blood or bodily tissue was recovered from the scene, the documentary explains.<\/p>\n<p>The documentary also shows unseen footage from the defense, which the jury never saw.<\/p>\n<p>Peterson has been serving a life sentence in a California prison since his 2004 trial.
