The Washington Post has cast doubt on this claim.<\/p>\n<p>Harp has since risen through the ranks to become Trump\u2019s favorite personal assistant, her devotion to the president becoming so intense that it caused concern within the Secret Service.<\/p>\n<p>She has earned the nickname \u201chuman printer\u201d because she constantly follows Trump around with a portable printer, supplying paper copies of emails, news articles, and other documents for him to read rather than having the 80-year-old president look at them on a screen.<\/p>\n<p>According to <i>Regime Change<\/i><i>: Inside the Imperial Presidency of Donald Trump<\/i>, a new book by <i>New York Times<\/i> reporters Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan, Harp would leave gushing letters for Trump in his \u201cpersonal spaces\u201d before joining the White House staff. One reportedly read, \u201cYou are all that matters to me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The string of love letters freaked out future White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, who asked herself, \u201cWhere am I?\u201d according to Haberman and Swan.<\/p>\n<p>Preston said he was also shocked to learn his sister was working for Trump and only discovered it after a friend showed him a Daily Mail article from March 2023 about Trump\u2019s \u201cglamorous new assistant.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=2259\">Liberal Justice Delivers Blistering Dissent to Trumpy Colleagues\u2019 Faces<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd I had no idea,\u201d Preston told the outlet. \u201cAnd so it just kind of caused some cognitive dissonance. I don\u2019t understand why my sister, or anyone, could want to work for Trump.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Preston, who lives in Nicaragua and is described by the Mail as a \u201clong-haired hippie,\u201d said he and his sister are complete opposites. Growing up, Natalie was closer to their \u201cextremely conservative\u201d and \u201cdeeply religious\u201d mother, while Preston shared a stronger bond with their father, who died by suicide in July 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The siblings have not spoken since falling out over their father\u2019s death. Preston claimed his mother and sister wanted to say Robert Harp had died in his sleep.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s hard to believe that\u2019s my sister and my mom,\u201d Preston told the Mail. \u201cI can\u2019t connect with that vibe, so I\u2019m just going to let it be.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Concerns about Harp\u2019s obsession with Trump were also detailed in Michael Wolff\u2019s book <i>All or Nothing: How Trump Recaptured America<\/i>, about the Republicans\u2019 2024 presidential campaign.<\/p>\n<p>Wolff revealed that Harp\u2019s \u201cfixation\u201d on Trump was an open secret and described fawning letters she wrote to him around 2023, including one in which she said she was \u201cunworthy\u201d of his support.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201caggressiveness\u201d of Harp\u2019s attention also reportedly raised concerns within the Secret Service, which considered her a \u201cpotential danger\u201d to the future president, according to <i>All or Nothing<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Early in his second term, Trump told his team that Harp \u201cwas the only one who loved him as much as his wife and his kids,\u201d according to <i>Regime Change<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll of you will go off and make money,\u201d Trump told other staffers. \u201cShe\u2019ll never leave me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=2257\">Trump, 80, Obsesses Over Crowd Size as His Fair Empties Out<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Daily Beast has contacted the White House for comment.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>White House aide Natalie Harp\u2019s obsession with Donald Trump has become so severe that her own brother has spoken out.
