This includes Jelly Roll, real name Jason DeFord, admitting to cheating on Xo, real name Alisa DeFord, which led to them briefly splitting up in 2018. <\/p>\n<p>Xo, 46, a former sex worker best known as the host of the <i>Dumb Blonde Podcast<\/i>, detailed the anguish she felt when she discovered Jelly Roll\u2019s affairs in her 2026 memoir <i>Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA lot of people&#8230; are like, \u2018Why didn\u2019t you leave?\u2019 And I\u2019m like, \u2018I did leave.\u2019 I did leave him and we were split for about 30 days,\u201d she told People in January. \u201cBut I just loved that man so much that I just really, truly believe that he deserved a second chance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Things seemed rosy for the pair just this February, when Jelly Roll thanked his \u201cbeautiful wife\u201d in an emotional speech while accepting the Grammy for Best Contemporary Country Album. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would never have changed my life without you. I would have ended up dead or in jail. I would have killed myself if it wasn\u2019t for you and Jesus. The incredible weight loss led to the singer appearing on the January cover of Men\u2019s Health magazine.<\/p>\n<p>In April, Jelly Roll posted a video on YouTube describing how he had \u201clost my way\u201d during his strict diet and exercise regimen over the Thanksgiving and Christmas period and had gained a few pounds as a result. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI feel really fat, I feel really bloated,\u201d he added. \u201cI feel like the scale\u2019s gonna let me down. I feel like I\u2019m gonna find out I\u2019ve gained like 15 pounds over the f&#8212;ing last six months.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jelly Roll then stepped on a scale, revealing he was just over 276 pounds, meaning he had gained 12 pounds. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want to get these last 40 or 50 lbs off, and then I eventually want to cut my skin,\u201d Jelly said of his future intentions.<\/p>\n<p>In a December 2025 interview on <i>The Joe Rogan Experience<\/i>, Jelly Roll admitted that his wife played an important role in helping him when he started dieting. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe first three months of the diet, I sat down with her and was like, \u2018Look, I need you to hide the food,\u2019\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<div>\n<p><i>Obsessed with pop culture and entertainment?
