{"id":1486,"date":"2026-06-15T14:39:09","date_gmt":"2026-06-15T14:39:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=1486"},"modified":"2026-06-15T14:39:09","modified_gmt":"2026-06-15T14:39:09","slug":"doctor-alarmed-by-trumps-dangerous-health-crisis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=1486","title":{"rendered":"Doctor Alarmed by Trump\u2019s Dangerous Health Crisis"},"content":{"rendered":"<article>\n<p>President Donald Trump\u2019s cognitive health is deteriorating at a rapid pace, according to a clinical psychologist.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=1484\">Emmy-Nominated Comedian Exposed as MAGA at Trump\u2019s UFC Fight<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cLook at Donald Trump today, because that\u2019s the best Donald Trump you\u2019re ever gonna see,\u201d Dr. John Gartner, a clinical psychologist and former assistant professor at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, told <i>The Daily Beast Podcast<\/i> host Joanna Coles. \u201cIt only goes downhill from here,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Gartner, who has spoken extensively about Trump\u2019s cognitive health and has suggested that the 80-year-old president has been \u201cshowing signs of frontotemporal dementia since 2019,\u201d claims that stress and lack of sleep are having an increasing impact on him week by week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cYour judgment is poor, your impulse control is poor, and eventually it starts to, if someone has dementia, it starts to further accelerate their cognitive decline,\u201d Gartner said, referring to Trump\u2019s pattern of closing his eyes for prolonged periods at public events. <\/p>\n<p>Last Thursday, Trump slumped to the side with his eyes closed in the Oval Office as a team of aides stood behind him during an announcement on \u201cBeautiful, Clean Coal.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>But it was not only in official meetings that the president appeared to nod off, as he also seemed to drift off during an NBA Finals game in which his home team, the New York Knicks, were playing. \u201cI\u2019m not going to accuse him of snoring, because I wasn\u2019t in earshot, but the brother wasn\u2019t awake,\u201d sportscaster Stephen A. Smith said about the president, a comment that Trump did not take lightly, later attacking him on Truth Social in the early morning hours.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis really is a perfect storm,\u201d Gartner said, as Coles listed the various stressors the president has experienced this year, which the clinical psychologist said \u201cabsolutely also contribute to mental health problems and dementia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The president has suffered several setbacks over the past few weeks that potentially added to his stress levels, including the Justice Department announcing that it will abandon plans for a $1.8 billion \u201canti-weaponization\u201d slush fund; 18 Republicans breaking with him to vote for the Ukraine Support Act; a judge rejecting his attempt to rename the Kennedy Center after himself; and Senate Republicans abandoning efforts to secure $1 billion in taxpayer funding for a White House ballroom.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationwideinterstatemovers.com\/?p=1482\">UFC\u2019s Frantic Coverup of Shock Michelle Obama Slur Fails<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Trump is dealing with the war in Iran, which has continued for more than three months without a deal and has exposed deep divisions within his own party. <\/p>\n<p>Gartner warned that the president has \u201cabsolutely no internal restraints\u201d and \u201cno external restraints,\u201d citing his staunch MAGA supporters in Congress.\u201cBasically, the world is now captive to a madman, right?\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>Despite reports about Trump\u2019s sleeping patterns, a list of stressors, swollen ankles, and bruising on his hands, as extensively reported by The Daily Beast, a health report issued by Trump\u2019s team in May saw the president\u2019s personal physician write that the president \u201cremains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and overall physical function,\u201d following a roughly three-hour examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.<\/p>\n<p>Yet Gartner, who has been a practicing psychotherapist in Baltimore for 37 years, disagrees. \u201cThis is the sickest individual I\u2019ve ever encountered in my career\u2014and sickest in the worst way,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>White House spokesman Davis Ingle said in a statement, \u201cIf it quacks like a duck, it may actually just be a Democrat hack doctor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPresident Trump is the sharpest, most accessible, and energetic president in American history and any so-called medical professionals engaging in armchair diagnosis or false speculation for political purposes are clearly breaking the Hippocratic Oath they\u2019ve sworn to,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><i><b>New episodes of The Daily Beast Podcast are released every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday on <\/b><\/i><i><b>YouTube<\/b><\/i><i><b>, and on <\/b><\/i><i><b>other podcast platforms<\/b><\/i><i><b> the next morning.
