MAGA Civil War Erupts Over ‘Impersonator’ of Kardashian Ally

Donald Trump’s pardon czar is fuming at a longtime Robert F. Kennedy Jr. adviser who has marketed herself as someone who can secure pardons for profit, sources with direct knowledge told the Daily Beast.

Pardon czar Alice Marie Johnson publicly warned of “scammers” who were “falsely claiming to represent me or my office” in a scathing social media post Monday.

“Please be clear: Neither I nor my office will ever ask you to pay a pardon or clemency ‘processing fee,’ nor will we promise or guarantee presidential review or action in exchange for money,” Johnson, who herself was pardoned by Trump in 2020, wrote.

“People seeking a second chance deserve hope—not exploitation,” she continued. “Please help me warn others.”

In 2018, Johnson’s life sentence for a first-time, nonviolent drug charge was commuted by Trump after Kim Kardashian paid a visit to the White House to advocate on Johnson’s behalf.

Johnson did not respond to queries from the Daily Beast regarding her post.

However, sources close to Johnson told the Daily Beast that one of the people she was referring to was Angela Stanton King, a key adviser to Kennedy’s failed presidential campaign and a longtime member of his inner circle.

Stanton King, who manages the pro-life center Auntie Angie’s House, has repeatedly advertised “pardonprocess.com” on her social media accounts. The website bills itself as “the nation’s most trusted pathway to second chances.”

“If you’ve been convicted of a crime and are seeking a clean slate, you’re in the right place,” the website reads. “Pardon Process helps qualified individuals navigate the complex world of pardons, record forgiveness, and second chances—with professional guidance every step of the way.”

It then directs customers to start with a $60 background check through the company.

A photo of Stanton King, who received a pardon from Trump in 2020 for a 2004 federal conspiracy conviction related to a car theft ring, is also featured on the website. It is unclear what, if any, official role she holds at the company. She has shared an ad for the website on X twice within the past six days.

Just yesterday, the Kennedy ally shared an X post applauding the Department of Justice’s recently unveiled initiative to create an application process for individuals convicted of non-violent crimes to have their firearm rights restored.

“If we believe in rehabilitation, then we also have to believe in restoration,” she wrote.

“Applications are expected to open in November for the first 5,000 applicants. For more information and help preparing for the process, visit pardonprocess.com.”

Stanton King did not respond to a request for comment. But in a head-scratching move, she shared Johnson’s statement on her Instagram after the Beast’s queries.

This isn’t the first time Stanton King has been accused of wielding her connections to the Trump administration for profit. A May 2025 report from NOTUS found that she implied on social media multiple times that she could provide access to the Health and Human Services secretary in exchange for her own personal gain.

“ME: Will you help me with Auntie Angie’s House?” she wrote at the time. “Are you willing to hire me as a consultant? What’s the benefit for me if I give my favor to you?”

Stanton King describes herself as a “Champion for MAHA” on her X page. Pinned to her profile is a photo of her and Kennedy that he shared in May of last year.

“With Brady and Royal and my friend @theAuntieAngie who saved these little girls lives,” he wrote. “[HHS] met with Angela, the founder of Auntie Angie’s House, to discuss maternal health and infant mortality rates in Georgia.”
